I've been banking with chase for decades and they are very informative, helpful, courteous, highly recommend banking here! I had ONE unpleasant experience. I'd never bank elsewhere

When we walked in we were greeted right away. The man who helped us made conversation and was polite. He helped us withdrawal our money quickly and made us feel welcomed.
