I took my truck in for a estimate on December 12 th waited never heard back from the insurance finally got in contact with farm bureau 6 weeks later to find out CDE would not give them a estimate for repairs i suspect they knew they guy that hit me and was trying to hide it some how. i took the truck to MCBRIDES AUTO BODY got the estimate same day sent to insurance company now my truck is getting repairedService: Body & Trim

To start off, Kim is rude she definitely needs to work on her customer service skills because the attitude was atrocious. I went in to get an estimate due to my car being hit by a snow plow and the estimator sucked. He estimated 5k and stated it will be a lot more. He didn’t even notice how my left side was also damaged, although it was clear that my fender and bumper had damage. How is he okay with letting me submit that to insurance knowing it would cost a lot more than 5k. If you’re not going to do your job correctly just don’t do it at all. :)

Both the Tinley Park location and the Portage, IN. location were great to work with. They took care of everything. They kept me update throughout the whole process. They even returned my rent car. Highly recommend CDE Collision for all repairs.

I sincerely hope that CDE reaches out with a solution to my problem. I give 2 stars because the staff and expectations (at the time) were great.In November of 2022, I had my wife's car brought in to have the bumper replaced and the rear end painted due to an accident that my wife was in. Everything was handled great. Everything was explained, CDE kept us updated the entire time, and the car looked brand new when we picked it up.Fast forward to January 2024, a little over a year after the car was repaired, and the paint is starting to peel. We followed their "post-care" instructions, such as no waxing, etc.I'm extremely disappointed that a paint job from a "professional" lasted a mere 14 months. I'm very interested to see if CDE has the character to reach out and advise some kind of solution for us.

worst customer service. kim is always rude and combative. multiple family members and friends have gone through this company reluctantly and today is the last time. their google results prompt you to schedule an appointment online but then when you show up you’re rudely ushered out. bob the manager will back kimmy all day as that’s his wife. such a disgrace for shoddy work.UPDATE: they are calling my extended family trying to get my buisness “we are more than willing to work with her” i’m sure you want my 7k but i’m going to give it to someone who’s not rude. thanks for nothing. also i don’t feel comfortable regarding the personal info you prompted me to put on your website in which you informed me later “doesn’t work”. where did this info go? are you selling it? sounds like lawsuit central to me.
