Drive 90+ minutes to the this store. Closest to home. Looking to get a Ruger .380 for my wife. Yet another case of gun snob employees ruined the trip. I moved to Indiana from a blue state and quicky jumped into firearms as a hobby but I'm still green. The employee started with the "I can tell" douchey comment and it was just one condescending statement after another. Definitely lost the sale. I'll get the same firearm online for $70 less and without the attitude. Firearms are great.....the gun snobs are not.

Came here on a whim and it was nearly identical to the one by me (Bolingbrook il) except for some of the sections we're in different spots compared to my bps, and of course the gun section was a million times better than in Illinois. Would love to come back with more time to look around (I walked in at like 8:30, just wanted to get in and out before they closed). My only gripe is that the way in was a little weird, but that may have just been my GPS

Such a fun place to visit! We are lucky to have a Bass Pro Shops close to our home but getting to go to other locations, like this one, is always great. This store was clean and very well stocked. We all enjoyed looking at the aquarium as well as the decor tailored to the local area/Lake Michigan. My husband and son both found items to purchase.

We went there today to buy a Safe priced at $999 with a 10 percent discount. There was a signage above the safe that says "free delivery for Safe priced at 999". Everyone was nice but they aren't aware that they have deals like that. They wanted my husband to call customer care while inside the store when it's their job. Manager was on the phone the whole time with the cashier but no one wants to work with my husband. My husband needed to tell them they have that signage up above the safe. We ended up just walking out of the store. Worst experience ever.
