I had an outstanding experience with Austin at Plymouth Verizon. He went above and beyond to help me optimize my cellphone plan, removing unnecessary expenses and reducing my monthly bill significantly. Even though I live long distance, Austin worked diligently to upgrade three phones on my account, coordinating everything seamlessly. We scheduled a convenient time to meet, and he efficiently converted all phones, making the entire experience stress-free. There were no surprises. In addition, his patience with my elderly mother was remarkable, making sure she understood every step of her phone upgrade, ensured certain apps transfered correctly, etc. I highly recommend Austin to anyone seeking exceptional service.
