Customer service was kind, patient and very helpful! My printer at home was not working and Jimmy helped me email it to store to have it printed. He was very knowledgeable and well trained to work in a UPS store! Thank you!

Tried to ship a package and the young man helping was kind but lied to me about cost. I am not sure if it was intentional. He told me I had no choice but to purchase $100 insurance for the small package. I don’t feel comfortable and plan to go to the post office instead.
