It was but i was there for about a hour and they didnt change my oil didnt have the tool to do it and i drive a F-150 couldnt get the oil filter off after they drained my oil so they put oil back in and i had to go somewhere eles

My husband and I took his 2017 Ford F150 to get the oil changed today. There were 2 cars in front of us and we waited an hour and a half for them to get to us. Then, they drained the oil and came back another 10 minutes later and said they couldn’t find the correct wrench to get the oil filter off. So, we waited yet another 20 minutes and they still could not find the right wrench. The 2015-2017 F150 is the most common vehicle in the world! How does an oil place not have the correct wrench to do an oil change for this vehicle?

Great fast service. Got a normal conventional oil change and it was the same price, if not cheaper than Walmart, and I didn't have to wait 2 hours. Very friendly crew. Definitely will be taking my truck there for oil changes from now on.

I appreciated that fact that the staff made sure to inform you on the cost before they did the work. They also let you know how to save instead of trying to sell you the most expensive option. I will be going to Duke Of Oil from here on out.

The manager at this location is absolutely amazing. They didn't have my oil filter in stock (because my car is so old). He called around to multiple places and got two and had me come in first thing the next day to get it done. Great customer service.
