I have had nothing but poor service with this LP gas company. On 10/10/23 they filled my gas tank. Only after I requested. As I never received a summer fill. They also states my tank needed to be stabilized as it was leaning toward my barn. They also promised to clean and power wash the exterior. Nether happened even after numerous inquiries.I left for Christmas vacation on 12/21/23. I placed a call to the office voicing my concerns about the need for a fill and also why I wasn’t on the usual monthly fill. Which by the way helps because of my budget.The “nice young lady” told me the company doesn’t like to do monthly fills but would rather fill when the tank is down to 15%.She assured me the tank would be filled.I arrived home late on 12/28/23. When I checked the tank on 12/31 the gauge was on 0. Called an answering service and my tank did get filled. Total bill: $883.05.I paid the bill, but my budget is blown.Shame on this company.

Went to have grill tanks filled refused to fill tanks over 12yr old. One tank that was newer I had to leave to have filled there pump was down. Went to pick up tanks 2 weeks later and they charged me $21. And would only take cash as there credit card machine was down.

Since the company name change, they do not recertify grill tanks. They will fill them if under 12 years old.

they charged me $50 extra for not filling the tank all the way and wasn't told about the charge until I got the bill. Then they took off my rental fee and didn't tell me they were doing that and it wasn't even due yet. The lady at the desk is a vile human being and the company reflects her attitude. My tank was leaking and the guy couldn't find the leak so I just showed it to him he tightened the gauge on it where it was leaking and when I ask for a refund the lady at the desk said she didn't know anything about the leak even though it had been going out for 6 months.

Lady at desk is extremely rude and impatient. Purchased my new tank & future refills from local competition that is way easier to work with.

Extremely rude customer service, called me 3 days before Christmas (I have 2 young children) to inform me they wouldn’t be accepting the government assistance that I was approved for because my bill was too long ago (when it was less than a year ago) and that the assistance program wasn’t for a past due balance, I then had the government assistance program call to clear things up and they told me the woman was mean and nasty to them on the phone as well and essentially told them she wouldn’t accept the money for the past due balance so they recommended finding a whole new vendor for gas. I would recommend going ANYWHERE else.❤️

In the future I'm going to call before I go to fill the propane tank on my RV. They are never there if I just show up. Today that's between 3 and 4 pm.

Switched gas companies and when asked about refund for fuel I had in their tank when they picked it up was told they didn’t want to give me a refund because the other company didn’t leave cement blocks so they wanted to hold my refund after talking with them they Said that they would deduct the price of the blocks from my refund how petty

I wish that I could give them 0 stars but google is making me give them 1, horrible customer service and was told 1 price but then billed a much higher price. Never willing to work out a problem just giving me headaches. Definitely switching gas companies

Edit: when first signing up with Plymouth LP we were treated kindly. But I guess after 3 years of being a customer they stop caring ?♀️. These people have 0 respect for customer loyalty.

We have used them for 35 plus years for our propane. We enjoy their summer special pricing and take advantage every year.Excellent customer and over the years their prices have stayed consistent.They are operating with a different process due to panademic but they have found a way to still make it work and be convientent for their customers.If you have not tried them for your LP needs please give them a try they have supported this community for years and have a great reputable business.

These 5 star reviews have to be fake. Plymouth LP is by far the most expensive gas company in the area. They are usually at least $.30 more than other local gas companies. Do not lease a tank from them as you are forced to buy their gas. They gouge you even more if you don't fill your tank to capacity. Service is three stars at best. Do not recommend, there much better gas companies in the area.
