Where to begin. The vet himself is condescending, passive aggressive and lacks mannerisms when it comes to speaking. His "40 years of experience" has obviously taken it's toll on him and he should retire. He is only listening to talk and gives the impression that owners shall not speak and do as he says. This was our second visit and we will be getting a new veterinarian. The technicians do not know how to handle animals and there was another technician standing there doing nothing with the nastiest look on their face as if they did not want to be there. Whomever runs this business needs to revamp it inside and out or close it.

Although they had to break some very difficult news to me about our dog the vet was very professional and gave me all the information I needed without being overwhelming in the moment. I appreciate the professionalism and care they had for our dog.

Used to be a quality vet, very displeased with the rude staff when making an appointment for a new pet. Everyone I spoke to was unhelpful and just rude. Won't be returning.

The staff was very professional and understanding with our dog getting fixed. She just got her staples out yesterday and was even happy to go into the vet. Great job everyone!

I brought Bruno to Parrets at age 12, after years at another vet. The care he has received from Dr.Fry and her staff is above and beyond. She truly cares about the health of your pet and provides exceptional services. I am so happy I made the change, I only hope others will too, thank you Dr.Fry and your staff for your care and concern, you are the best!

I live in South Bend so it’s a little bit of a drive for me, but I have been bringing all of my pets here for years!, Macie loves getting attention from the staff and Doctor! I like that it is not super crowded when we come in and the atmosphere just seems nice and chill!

The girls working the front desk are not friendly at all. The techs are only friendly when the vet is around. They quoted me one price, but then charged me a different price. When I called to ask about it, no answer. Received a call back and was told that since my dog had health concerns it was more expensive. They had all of this information before giving me a price. I don't understand why it would change after the fact. And on top of that I am missing half of the medicine I am supposed to give to my dog. Horrible first impression, and when I expressed my frustration, the person on the phone clearly didn't care. I've heard people rave about this place, but they need to make some changes in customer service.
