“They do good work. Only negative I'm always waiting at least an hour if not 2 for anything. Oil change or even replacing 1 tire. I'm sure it's just a staff shortage issue. But the whole reason I'm goin to Walmart to get any car wool done is to save time and be lazy. But the work is great customer service is great no real complaints I'm just lazy and impatient lol”

“We were having air-conditioning troubles in our GMC for a few years. We had other shops work on the air conditioning. We stopped at I&B Automotive, told them our problem and asked for a quote. That same day, Riley called and gave us their quote. Riley is wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and courteous. She understood our concern and we scheduled with her. We took it in, dropped it off and the next day she called to say it was what they thought we needed. They worked on it that day and it was ready the following day.
