“I have been to gyms/ health clubs all over the country.I have found Life Plex in Plymouth to be a great gym. It has everything I need and want.I spend anywhere from two to two in a half hours there in early morning.While it is true that sometimes a piece of equipment may be out of order. That happens in every gym. Anything man made is subject to break down from time to time. I found Life Plex to address those issues asap when that does happen.The staff (all) the staff are kind, professional and very sociable from the very top on down.I can only suggest people go in and see for themselves. The staff will be happy to assist you and if I remember correctly they gave me a free day pass to try the gym out.??”

“I'm here visiting from out of state (4/8) and wanted to get a workout in even though I have a membership with a local place where I live. I was fully expecting to pay for a day pass at PF but the staff was so kind and let me workout with my dad for no fee. It also happened to be my birthday and they gave me a nice birthday card. The facilities are clean and well-kept and the staff is fantastic!”
