The staff here is very uneducated, they didn't know I was a technician and tried to argue with me on things as simple as flea control. When we came to pick up our 11 week old puppy they left the catheter In his arm almost sending us out the door. They noticed it and did not properly remove it and had blood squirting all over the room. Our crop was supposed to be a short crop but instead he came out with long ears after they argued that long ears couldn't be done. We even left a pic of what we wanted. As we left the clinic, our potty trained puppy peed while walking as soon as he step out of the door. Awful they don't walk surgery patients out to use bathroom. Ah forgot to add the glue left on his face and every toenail he has bleeding.

I had to move across the country and finding a new vet is always very stressful. My family recommended this place. It's quite the drive from where we live, but I gave them a shot, and let me tell you that was the best decision I could have made. My pup is a very nervous visitor and the assistants as well as the doctors have been patient, courteous, and helpful to the point that she calms down and listens without her jerking away and hurting herself or feeling threatened enough to get bitey (happened once and the vet talked down to me like that's her usual behavior and it isn't). Their tactics work and it's taken weight off of my shoulders. Thank you very much to your staff.
