They are incredibly unprofessional. They are also snarky and do not go out of their way for anyone. I just had a technician sit in my driveway for an hour, he didn’t try to talk to me once. I’m the only one home. He just left and problem is not fixed. Again never communicated that to me. I call and the lady is very rude and had excuses for him. She said that in notes he couldn’t fix the problem and that it was a tower but if you call their automated system says there are no outages. She called back about 20 minutes later stating that the technician talked to a man and acted like I was the liar when I informed her no. I am a woman, I live in the middle of no where and he didn’t talk to any man. She brushed it off with an ok and practically hung up on me! All I said was I felt like it was unprofessional and it would have been nice to know what’s going on as I had to be home if I technician was here and he couldn’t take 30 seconds to fill me in. Also she said it might be up late tonight but if it’s not call back in the morning, a Saturday, and we will see about when we can schedule another appointment… so I will probably go another 2-3 days without internet! This place is a joke. I can’t wait for fiber to come to my location they are the best around! They are friendly and go above and beyond for their customers

The internet is good when it is working but if it goes down it takes a week to get it fixed. So you will need another company as a back up. We use it for our security cameras so week need to leave at nights. We also depends on it for work. So plan on a week without work and security.

We have been having issues with our internet over the past month, it comes and goes all the time. We can connect to the network but get no Internet. We have called numerous they put numerous tickets out. When they finally sent someone he said it was the power box that went bad. And not even 24 hours later. We lost I termet again. This is the worst internet provider I've ever had.

Went to their shop in early December 2022. They weee supposed to send someone out to check signal and call me back. Now it’s late February and I had to call them. She set up an install two weeks later. So it’s $152 for basic install. Then he wanted another $200 to bury the line. Who knows where it would’ve gone from there. Cancelled!

We have had this internet service for 3 years with no problems. We recently started having issues, so they scheduled a repairman to come out. Keith came to do the repair. From the beginning, he was kind, respectful, and professional. He came in and out of our home several times and used shoes covers every time. I had to leave in the middle of the repair while he was still working outside. When I got home that night he had left a detailed note about what he did and how he worked to make it better, along with thanking us for our business. 100 stars for Keith for going above and beyond to provide exceptional service!

Canceled my service today because they finally ran fiber down my road so we can get AT&T (Faster & Cheaper) but if your in a rural area and don’t have access to hard wired internet I would recommend FourWay in a heart beat, it was faster and more reliable than any of the satellite options and the staff were extremely helpful and kind. Only have to sign a contract for the first year then it’s month to month. This was the first month off the contract so when I canceled there were no fees and they even gave me a refund for the remainder of the month that we’d already paid for, I couldn’t believe it! The internet only went out 2 or 3 times over the course of the year we had them and it was after a storm which is understandable. So even though I’m no longer using them I had to write this review because they were outstanding!

Wi-fi out AGAIN & no answers from them. Worthless help. Worst internet service & worst customer service. They don't care if customers have no internet service. Always try to blame the customers router. Our router is fine. They say there is no service problems anywhere, just us, but they have to "escalate" our problem & we have to sit here with no wi-fi til whenever whoever they "escalate" to can get to it. ???

Fourway was an incredible service for us while we needed it! Consistent service and everything was handled as expected. Recommend strongly if you can't get high speed internet lined in.

Hate it.. I definitely won't be keeping them my internet only works half the time and it can never not be working properly. I use it only for streaming and they can't even have it working for that poor quality. Worse internet I have ever had.
