Conditioned Units are very clean, dry and up kept. Negatives is very expensive, and rent keeps going up. If your traveling from a far, be aware you may arrive to a gate that won't open and be told, try again in another day or two. Overpriced and no-one who will come out when you try to get to your personal property and their gate isn't working. Found a unit only 20 min. away same size easy to access and $50 cheaper.

The area was very clean. Our storage unit was dry & clean, available every day. Seemed very secure, never had a problem. I also liked the little self heloffice, where I could pay my bill. Would use again if I needed storage.
