Scammers, using superior auto to force outrageous fees onto consumers. They lied about quotes. Gave several different quote to different people. They are making fake fees because they don't want to lose the sale to the dealer. After requesting a quote they ordered parts, we decided we needed to send the vehicle somewhere else. No they hold the vehicle because we refuse to pay restocking fees, hazmat fees and what ever else they tack on. They have had already discussed with dealer to do repairs at out expense before we were notified. Wanted to make sure they where gonna rewrite our loan. They intentional maxed out warranty and applied labor rates that aren't even covered by warranty. Lied about the parts they even ordered to put in the vehicle. We had the manager at car lot call from across the street and they straight told them that they weren't putting in what we requested anyway. And there rates were 130 an hr. Also provided us with a warranty confirmation that never came from the warranty company.

The employees are very knowledgeable, friendly, & came highly recommended from other female customers. Definitely will use this business for future vehicle issues. The biggest factor is finding a business that won’t take advantage of a woman when it comes to automobile issues.

We take our fleet to Den-Mar whenever they need serviced. They are fair, honest and overall amazing people. Always helping us out when we're in a pinch. Five stars doesn't seem like enough.

To update; its been several years since I posted my first message about Den-Mar Automotive so this is an update. They worked on my car last week and they are still the best and give the best service. I am elderly and they are so very helpful as well as taking care of my auto. You won't be sorry if you do business with them.

They listened to what I had to say about my problem with my vehicle and after confirming the issue I was informed of the issue, as well as the cost. They did the job I hired them to do in a timely manner and were polite. I will be returning to have them repair any future issues.
