Seniors get good benefit options. Open hours are sometimes complicated. Just saying.

I think this is a phenomenal banking institution with superior customer service end to end. Whether it was for recreational needs or essential purchases, we’ve used Courtney at CommWide in Plymouth for all of our big buys! Their rates are unmatched and they’re extremely competitive in their loan offerings. They worked with us when we had less than perfect credit and more so now that we’re in a stronger position. If your looking for a new financial institution, your search should be over; they’ve got it all!I was not paid or rewarded in any way for this review.

I’ve never had a bad experience with them and am considering switching to them for all banking needs. Friendly staff who are considerate, understanding, and very lenient. 5/5

Kourtney McBride at Plymouth community wide (manager) was rude in front of my buyers, and refusing the sale and transfer of my title to them if I wouldn’t sign off on a previous title from my ex (which I told them I was needing to speak to my attorney about the issue) what bank refuses the sale of a YOUR loan on a vehicle when you present with a check? very rude, unprofessional, my buyers said they wouldn’t even bank there after seeing and watching that. I’m closing any account I have with community wide. Who forces you to sign a title without seeking legal advice on the issue?! Sounds illegal with what she did. I feel like I signed the title I didn’t want to sign under being forced to just to be able to sell the vehicle I was there for in the first place. I hope management takes my complaint seriously and I will be following up in this.

I was the seller of a car that brought the title in for buyer. This place is the coldest customer service I have experienced. Spoke to the bank manager in Plymouth about treatment and service, should of spoke to the wall. I wouldn't open an account for my dog there.Spoke to Andrew of the SBend office and was very helpful and clearly concerned about my visit in Plymouth, Thank you for taking the time to listen to me and speak to me Andrew

Every time I am at a branch I am greeted and treated like they care. I've had 6 car loans with ComWide and have never had an issue. I like that I can use any credit union too if I am out of town since they are a Co-op.

Called ahead of time to make sure I had the proper documents needed to open an account here and was told I didn't need to bring any proof of id. When I got here, they told me that I needed proof of id in addition to driver's license. Huge waste of my time. Really unimpressed with the customer service here.

Getting an auto loan through this company is incredibly frustrating. They are quick to offer one, but their online interface was designed in the 90s. Been trying to log in and get my two factor code for a while now, but their system doesn't work. When you go to make a payment on your loan, their feature to accept debit card payments literally doesn't work and hasn't for a year despite their support saying it would be available soon. Their left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. If you're considering an auto loan, this is the worst place you can get one. I would be embarrassed if I worked for them.

Took money out of our account that shouldn't have been taken out. Took our account in the negative and now i don't have money to fill up my gas tank to go to doctors appointments with my parent with stage three cancer. Told me there was "nothing they could do".

Have been with CommunityWide for 27 years. Moved away 3 years ago and still use them for all our banking needs. Their online banking makes it easy. The tellers are always very friendly and helpful!
