I went in at 6:30 on a Saturday to get my phone cellular transferred on my replacement device because I couldn't figure it out. Austin A helped my tremendously and was very polite despite it taking him past 7 to complete me phone. And he did it all with a smile on his face and kept a good attitude the whole time. Thank you.

Wouldn't help replace my missing sim cad because I didn't have the device physically with me. I had pictures of all the information they needed.

Very bad service. Lady didn't know how to do their job right. Their watches are always defective. Meaning as in they do not know how to operate Apple watches or how to install them on your phones.

I just left there and it was horrible. My 85 year old father needed help. I understand that it is not something they can do but she could have been kind and explained. My Dad is bent over so he couldn't see her but as he was talking, she was looking out the window, not at him or me. She was rude

This is the best place to get Verizon service in Plymouth (the biggest network in the US). Save yourself the drive to South Bend. They helped me get the phone I wanted shipped to me directly from Verizon and didn't pressure me to buy a phone from their store.
