AJ went above and beyond to help me get my phone service fixed. Switched me over from the t mobile towers over to at&t. I got off work late, and came in an hour before close time. He stayed and helped to make sure everything was transferred correctly, and now my phine is lightning fast and better than ever! Give this man a raise!

Horrible Horrible Horrible service! And the young man that was working needed a lesson in customer service...so freaking RUDE...I COULDN'T BELIEVE HIS ATTITUDE!

This store is not only efficient, service is knowledgeable, friendly, patient and he serves with a smile. Because Alex is good at what he does, people come from miles to get help and he is willing to listen and advise. I have had boost mobile for many years and I am so glad this store is nearby. The other ISPs that are nearby are not worth it as I have heard stories. People came into the store and left because he did have a line, but he takes his time with people and doesn't rush them. I highly recommend this store and Alex's service.

We are a current customer with Boost Mobile. After a month long issue, multiple phone calls and a trip to another Boost Mobile location we finally received fantastic customer service. Andrew at this Plymouth store went over and beyond to make sure he was going to fix the problem.Thank you Andrew!Boost Mobile, please take care of your good employees. This man deserves a raise!!

The employee here at boost, Andrew, was exceptionally well in helping us with our problem. After spending the past 2 days on the phone with boost mobile and not getting anywhere except laughed at and hung up on multiple times, multiple trips 40 minutes away from home to get the same results in which was nothing, Andrew had it figured out within 30 seconds of explaining our problem. He jumped right on the phone told boost tech the problem and had us out the door. Boost was close to losing our business and the owner of dish should look into his so called over the phone customer service and fix the problems. I spent countless hours and called customer care 13 times in the past 2 days. Andrew thank you for the service . We do appreciate you.

Finally got my screen protector I appreciate then play they have here he does a good job one reason I love three stars instead of 5 it's because Boost Mobile since taking over bye T-Mobile the service has been less than stellar most of the Stars have given for the one individual at the store the seems to care here's hoping to improved customer service I will update a review as things improve or don't one footnote they might consider giving this employee someone to help him so people do not have to wait or he does not have to multitask in order to help the customers
