As we entered the store, we were greeted by Staci. We came in looking for recliners. Staci let us try several recliners each with a different manufacture. Staci was NOT pushy. Staci was friendly, knowledgeable, & competent of all her items. She was quick to answer all our questions. Staci was great. Our delivery men were Al & Kennedy, they were also very competent, respectful and on time. They did a fine job. Thank you for GREAT service from beginning to end!! Great experience.

Marilyn was so kind and patient as we tried to figure out just what we wanted, having never done this before we had no idea what to do. Marilyn walked us through the options and offered wise counsel when needed. The installer was equally friendly and helpful. We will definitely keep Banfich Interiors in mind if we ever do another project!

The worst sold me furniture with holes in it! Stuck me with aweful furniture Lied about ordering furniture Be careful super shady, and they brag about how they are doing a multi million dollar property in crown point as they screw you!! Huge let down contact me if you want more information ... stay away

My husband and I love our new LazyBoy recliner. It is super comfortable and the fabric is very beautiful. I was pleased to see LazyBoy is made in Tennessee. The store is filled with lovely furniture in a variety of styles. Do yourself a favor and head to Plymouth for your next furniture purchase.

Edited after they got in contact with the person the recliner was gifted to and saw it was a manufacturer defect.I personally am done with this company because they only cared about their services after seeing a 1 star review on Facebook, they didn't care before that when they were called 3 times the same day it was delivered.Sold us a recliner that wouldn't recline.Made no effort to warn us about a no return policy.I'm only giving 2 stars now because they fix it by letting the person it was gifted to get a new recliner and gave an in store certificate for the extra money that wasn't used on the new recliner.

Fantastic designers, sales people, selection and prices. The sofas I bought last year are perfect. I just bought a dining set and the time and patience of the sales people while looking through the many swatches helped me order exactly what I need and want. Not friendly or helpful. Purchased a day bed for my elderly mother. Specifically told them it could not be taller than couch height. Even had them measure mattress and add the bed frame height . Since they did not have the bed frame in stock we trusted they new the bed height. Ordered and when it came in it was way too tall. At least 12 inches taller than a couch. Complete waste of $1,200 and when I complained was basically told that mattress was not returnable and nothing they could do. So much for customer service. I would not have been upset had they not measured and told me it would be couch height.

I walked in to look around for recliners, this was the 2nd store I tried in Plymouth. Within 30 minutes I purchased one on sale and in my price range btw and then it was delivered in less than an hour! Talk about service. Thank you Banfich.

Just purchased furniture from these guys for our lake house. Outstanding service. They unboxed and delivered everything into our home. Very nice and friendly delivery guys. Marilyn is an excellent decorator as she helped with color schemes, etc. Hard to find this type of help in today's online era. Double thumbs up for this family business! Good pricing too.
