“Had multiple work done and very pleased! What another local shop took over 6 months for a bumper/trunk (1st replacement), Lincolnway took two days for it (2nd time needing replaced) . The prior shop had told us it’s impossible to find the paint and concoct the correct paint. Lincolnway had no problems replacing it all and didn’t mention anything about paint. Very pleased with them!”

In particular we would like to recognize John Kronin who went out of his way and helped a wheel chair bound person on the public side walk in front of the store. He pushed the wheel chair up the side walk to where the elderly woman was needing to go. We need more people in the world like John who are sensitive to the needs of those around us.”

“Need a front windshield replaced, Done...quick and clean. Great price as compared to others (from experience on another vehicle) and done in a timely manner. Need the rear window replaced due to the rear defroster heating elements broken (how?) and he fixed that, as well. Best place to go, if you ask me. Now paint. :)”
“They do good work. Only negative I'm always waiting at least an hour if not 2 for anything. Oil change or even replacing 1 tire. I'm sure it's just a staff shortage issue. But the whole reason I'm goin to Walmart to get any car wool done is to save time and be lazy. But the work is great customer service is great no real complaints I'm just lazy and impatient lol”
