Not a good place for small businesses. Employees are no help you just have to drive all around eventually you will find someone to help you.took me an hour just to get a transmission out of the bed of my truck, I could have just dropped it off by hand at the door, witch I offered to do when they finally decided they had time to unload me.Mitch at the desk is no help ,very young with zero communication skills. I don't remember any other names or I'd be more specificOverall very poor customer service and bad attitudes from my personal experience.

I needed to make a customer pick up for my company. William Kirby directed me from where I parked to the customer pick up ramp, and dispatch area. I went around the terminal as instructed. Mr Kirby loaded our product with great care. He is an asset to XPO.

Just a heads up, this company XPO logistics has now delayed my shipment 3 times. Today’s excuse was “our truck broke down, we rescheduled you for next Saturday.” Not tomorrow, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday but 7 days from now. My shipment is now 45 days overdue I contacted them but they’re customer service is abysmal. On hold for 21 minutes, then transferred another 14 minute hold and then we’ll have someone get back to you in the next 4 hours. I would strongly recommend working with another provider in the Indianapolis market. XPO is horrible and their customer service is sloppy and uncaring.
