I would like to add to Lilly Woods comment. I have also had the opportunity to talk with Shelley. I am also the Mom to a special needs daughter. Shelley knows the struggle I have with time to go to the grocery store. Shelley is always helpful with showing me where things are in the store since the remodeling and helps me complete my shopping quickly. In this world where good customer service is hard to find it's good to know there are still good people like Shelley.

Oh my goodness I was shopping for groceries here and I had the sweetest nicest Friendliest staff member named Shelley help me even though she doesn't get paid enough to make it pay check to pay check and is a single mother to a severely special needs daughter she doesn't let that stop her from spreading her kindness to others and helping others as they need it and has always been in a good mood and Patient with every one around her I am so impressed and lucky to of found a store that has such a kind hearted staff member and I will be shopping here more often and hope to see her again and iam looking forward to having her there to help and to have a friendly staff member there to talk to as I am checking out and to feel comfortable to ask for help when I need it thank you so much for all you do Shelley the world needs more people like you

I want to preface by saying I am very capable of using the self checkout lanes when I have to but I love when I’m getting a cart full of groceries to have the option of using a service checkout lane. Tonight when I went I looked for the service lanes to be open(as I had bought a lot) and noticed that they had 3 open with no costumer in sight as everyone was using self checkout. I went to one of the lanes and was immediately greeted by Chad with a smile and “how’s your day going?” I said good and was quick to apologize and explained I just didn’t feel like scanning my groceries myself. He was quick to say “oh it’s no problem.” With a smile. The other two young men came over to help him as they did not have any costumers. While one scanned, one bagged the groceries, and the other loaded them into my cart. It was so fast and efficient! I know this is not the norm and honestly probably not what they should’ve been doing but it was truly the best service I have ever received at a Walmart! They were all incredibly polite and smiled the whole time! Just a very pleasant surprise and experience!

I came first thing in the morning to get some Tylenol and crackers and I think it’s pretty messed up that all the employees come and park in these first front rows all closest to the door. I will absolutely be notifying corporate office about this situation.

We’ve been using pick up since the pandemic. Will helps us frequently and is always cheerful and smiling. Kudos to you Will! Walmart give him a raise!

It's nice to have a smaller store. I don't have to walk a half mile to pick up a gallon of milk. The staff is friendly too.

Wife tried to return and some items and it took five people to try to put the money on a card gift card only to say hey we can give her cash and couldn't make change to give her cash back it took a few for 20 minutes, 30 minutes to figure this out all the while my wife had frozen foods

Placed pick up order for formula and puree pouches. Make sure you’re looking at dates on items you are selling - we were given puree pouches to at expired on 12/1/23 when we purchased them on 3/21/24.

Products are lower quality if buying store brands like peaches, paper plates and bowls (which are not as well coated as before). Today I used sliced mushrooms I picked up. I will NEVER buy sliced again. And I'm returning the packaging for a refund. I want value for my money. Walmart just wants my money.
