I usually have a pretty decent experience at VPS but the last few times I've went to the one here they have been closed for computer malfunctions and I've come up there a few times and they were shut down for a few hours for cleaning which is really inconvenient when you're paying an Uber to run up there to grab some drinks and you're not available to get in I think they need to get extra help so they don't have to shut the store down and still be able to get all their cleaning and stuff done while being able to actually continuously make money those few hours that they shut down to do the cleaning they're losing out on the availability to make hundreds or thousands of more dollars in those few hours that they are not open I used to work at a gas station and I understand how difficult it is to work overnights and stuff like that by yourself and be able to accomplish all your cleaning and stocking andin every other detail of your job that is required of you but it is not completely impossible it's just mostly time management skills that help with stuff like that but the easiest way to solve those problems would be to hire a second person to come in to help with like stocking stuff for a couple hours while the other person is is doing the regular work that they would normally do in your potentially going to make more money in the long run having a second person come in for 2 hours or 3 hours at night to help out with the cleaning because you get all your stuff done that you need done plus you have the people that you were losing out coming in instead of going to other gas stations so the little bit of extra money you're paying the person to help them work for a few hours is going to make you twice as much money as you're spending on them in the long run to make sure your business is running successfully and not losing customers which is the whole point of running a business is to keep customers coming back not lose them to other people in the same line of work

On Monday 8/22/22 at approx 6:00 am,I drove up to the establishment to find the two employees that were working outside the building with the Lay’s vendor in the store alone. I walked into the store and went to the drink cooler then proceeded to the hot food counter to get my lunch for the day.The one lady who works the counter was still outside. The other employee, who by the way followed me in, stated they start serving at 6:00 am. It was already a few minutes past but I waited patiently a little while longer. The lady working the hot foods counter came up behind me and said” What is it you want” with a serious tone and attitude. I gave her the opportunity to correct herself by saying “excuse me” but she said the same thing with the same attitude. I politely said “ nothing now” and put my drink on the counter and walked out. I work in the service industry and this is unacceptable behavior in my eyes. I live just a few blocks away and frequented this place often but no more.

I go there different times of the day and night and I always pick up some chew for my boyfriend and every cashier charges different price, and they refuse to accept coupons for that brand, my boyfriend told me about it and I wanted to see for myself and believe me it's true, please don't buy chew there, they can't make up there mind on prices and they don't except coupons of any kind
