“Seriously exceptional service and staff. My poor baby just had to have his leg amputated. Kayli and the other techs kept me updated the whole time they were in surgery, Dr. Haithcox let me blow up their emergency text line with concerns about his first night in recovery. They’ve really been so wonderful through this devastating time and I wouldn’t want my sweet boy to be under anyone else’s care.”

“I started taking my one-eyed, blind, deaf, senior dog to Rockville Road Animal Hospital a couple of years ago. Dr. Samantha Swartzentruber was passionate, caring, thorough, and it was evident how much she truly cares about animals. She provided a care plan that prolonged my dog’s life to the ripe old age of 17 with pretty good quality of life for such an old girl. When it came time to make the toughest decision any pet owner has to make, Dr. Swartzentruber made sure that she passed peacefully. Shortly afterwards, I got a handwritten sympathy card from Dr. Swartzentruber and the staff, which was a nice touch. I would absolutely recommend this clinic and Dr. Swartzentruber.”

“I cannot say enough great things about this pet clinic. Jackie has been so caring and thorough with my sweet and loving dog. I will never go anywhere else and I might add there are three veterinary clinics where I live but will take the drive to see her!”

“We've been going to Dr. Brady and the BAC team for over 10 years now. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is modern, clean, and spacious. There is no one I would trust more than Dr. Brady with my fur babies! She is always willing to look into new information or consults with other veterinary experts. We had been having troubles with integrating a new cat with the resident cats. She referred us to a great behaviorist who provided some awesome recommendations. We've moved farther from Brownsburg now, but I still drive the extra distance for the best care with an awesome team.”

“Have used Above and Beyond since becoming a dog owner 6 years ago and have had no issues. Recently had my dog’s teeth cleaned. While it was not cheap, I haven’t been able to find anywhere else that could quote less (most were more). I don’t think their prices are exorbitant - I just think you need to be prepared to pay for what your pet needs when you become an owner. They are still doing curbside service which I like. Always call to remind about visits or check in throughout the year to see if I’m running low on revolution. All the staff are friendly and I appreciate their communication. We’ve moved from speedway to zionsville in the last year and I have continued using them due to their care. Would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable veterinarian.”

“Dr. Monard and staff were great. We were quickly taken to an examination room as Jolie was very nervous. Dr. Monard called us within 24 hours with the test results.”

“They gave excellent care to our our spoiled doc. Even checked on him day after his shots. Very pleased. They are expensive but all vets are and everything cost more these days. But I'm sure the care they take with your babies and advice saves issues as they age. So it is the value of their services. Had to euthanize my elderly shepherd and the way they treated her made me switch vets. Oh wait doc chose us to be his human servants...”

“Being new to the area, I needed to find a new veterinarian for my boy, Marty McFly.Choosing your veterinarian is something we all tend to do cautiously because naturally, we all want to make sure our furry companions are being treated with the best possible care! I chose this clinic after careful consideration, and I could not be any happier with the services I’ve received here at the Glasgo Memorial Veterinary Hospital. The staff is quick and efficient when working your pet into their schedule. The girls in reception always carry a friendly and inviting attitude. Dr. Jackson, in particular, is incredibly thorough in her examinations, taking her time to explain in simple terms the diagnosis, prognosis, and best course of treatment for your pet. The clinic environment is extraordinarily sanitary so much that there are little to no traces of appointments that came before you. You would think that you’re their first appointment of the day with how clean it is inside the exam rooms! It is evident that the staff here truly values their clients and their patients above anything else. While I would not consider this a “low-cost clinic,” as someone with some experience working in the veterinary field, I feel that the prices are exceptionally reasonable for the medications and services that are being rendered. Without a doubt, it’s definitely worth it for the level of comfort and care your pet will receive.I look forward to continuing bringing Marty McFly here for future check-ups and wellness visits. For those of you with nervous or shy pets, please note that the staff was incredibly patient when getting my boy to warm up to them. We did not feel “rushed,” whatsoever! Again, if anyone reading this review is considering a new veterinarian in the area, I would heavily recommend Glasgo Memorial Veterinary Hospital!”

“We love our vet! They have taken such good care of our critters for years! They are a bit expensive, but worth it! We used to take them to a cheaper vet, but they were not well taken care of and actually came home sick several times from grooming and annual checkups.”

“I am so happy with this business!! They are 100% focused on serving the pets rather than making money. Not only do they try to save you money every way they can, the vet (Dr Engle) also will not prescribe more than is needed. She explained the effects of prescribing my dog something I asked for and why she couldn’t do it, in an extremely kind and ethical way. She definitely cares more about my dog than making money which is something I’m DEFINITELY coming back for!! They were assertive and clear on all of the vaccines and medicines we needed and explained why which was great for me. Also, I have to add that I appreciated them recognizing I was wearing matching cheetah print with my dogs bandana. Such a lovely and personal comment! Thank you for such a great appointment. I will be back for sure.Edit: I have come back and they exceed expectations every time! They treat your dog like their own. They also will not charge you for things unless they are necessary (which is a big issue with other places). Thank you ♥️”

“First let me say that this spring my elderly horse got down in my pasture and needed to be euthanized. I couldn't get anyone to come do it as my equine vet had quit doing emergency calls. Dr Angie Blackwell got the msg after returning to her ofc end of the day. She came to my rescue, understanding I could not make my horse lay overnight knowing his time was up! She saw I still have another horse & said she'd be willing to take my mare as client.I set appt for my mare 2 reason. 1) Required initial eval needed 2) My concern over changes to her blind eye conjuctiva.Dr Angie brought new vet w her. They took 1 look & said it had turned cancerous.Said Dr. Perry would do the surgery, she's the one who does all eye removals. 3 wks later I knew why. She allowed me to watch the entire OR since it was done under what I'll call 'standing anesthesia':: more than local <general. Since I didn't hound her, she answered any ? I had. Dixie is healing.”

“Our GSD, Fitz, has been going to Noah’s in Geist since he was a puppy. They have always been great. He’s now almost 10 years and has a brain tumor. We have recently treated with SRT radiation and he’s currently on a bunch of meds. The few times we need to board Fitz, it’s great knowing we can board him at Noah’s Westside in medical boarding so he has people monitoring him 24/7. He is seizure prone, so we don’t want to leave him alone at any point.”

“I have been taking my animals here for 5 years now because it is so close my home. Over the years it has been touch and go. I’ve had some not so great experiences here and awesome ones. I believe the turnover in front desk employees have been a major issue and vet turnover too. The man that owns this or is the head vet seems very knowledgeable and I haven’t actually had a lot of contact with him personally. During Covid it was a little dramatic as to be expected. The techs were nice but one particular female blonde vet was dry and rude when I brought my 16 year old dog was at her last days and I was treated very rudely because I was talking and kissing her as I removed my mask to do so. She reprimanded me and said she had a family to protect and to put my mask back on. I was balling my eyes out when they told me she was dying. I was all alone and only one vet tech felt like she cared and tried to console me. I had to put her down that day and I should have gone somewhere different to have that done but I stayed and they started being more patient and understanding to me. I swear I wouldn’t go back but I thought about it and it’s was during Covid so I thought I’d give them another try. Honestly they have given very good care to all my pets as a whole. The prices are reasonable too. I recently took my cat there and I had the very best experience with a new vet named Angela! She was so kind and thoughtful and explained everything to me about my cats blood work. She gave me post it notes for websites to further help with cat behavior and the vet tech was a sweetheart too!! My only complaint this last visit was the dark haired bigger gal working the desk. She was short and rude. She did many things I found to be a red flag. I was checking out and she didn’t have my paperwork yet and she told me to go sit down until she was ready. She told a lady on the phone that she couldn’t come get her flea meds because they were going to lunch and the doors would be locked and I think the woman must have told her she was almost there so she said that was fine and then she got up and locked the door. I was sitting. With my cat and the lady showed up minutes later so I stood up and asked should I let her in? And the lady was telling me through the door the lady at the desk told her she could stop by so I opened the door and the lady at the desk very annoyed said, I got this mam, sit down. I was like wow, she seemed like a very negative energy and when I was finally checking out I told her my dog was allergic to one of the chewable flea meds and wanted to know if there was a topical and she just pointed at a different chewable. So anyway like I said it’s touch and go there. Don’t let on bad Apple ruin it for you…”

“Was initially very hesitant in my search for a new vet, but was really impressed with the Avon location.

They were able to get me in the next day when I had unforseen time constraints and were very accommodating of my schedules and concerns.

There was some sticker shock on the wellness plan, but has absolutely been worth it.”
