They have helped me greatly every single time I’ve been in. I was on the hunt for a specific case for my 15 plus and they helped me get it delivered to my house in less than three days. Highly recommend this store

I went to get a phone checked out .I had a serious problem but turns out it wasn't as serious as I originally thought. I had a very helpful young man named Levi help me quickly solve my issue. I left Verizon a happy customer.

I scanned in and then Was signed in by an employee waited an hour and two people who came in after me were served first when I had text messages saying I’ll be next. The service there is horrible. And you can’t tell me that there’s appointment times because i wasn’t even offered one so I do t want to hear a lame excuse for that either.

If I could use 2 words to define the employees of this store are RACISTS and XENOPHOBICS.I went to this store after I lost my phone during my vacation in Mexico, I was trying to put a physical SIM card in an old phone while I receive the substitute.I found a young lady with a horrible attitude as employee, She initially tried to put a SIM card in the phone but due it was old (iPhone 7) Verizon network apparently was not compatible (I can perfectly understand that) so my girlfriend who was next to me gave me her phone (iPhone 12) to active the physical SIM card, if the employee's attitude was bad at the beginning then got worse! basically she simulated she was trying and then told me "It does not work, if you wanna you can call customer service to see what they can do", it was evident she did not tried.Anyways, I accepted her "recommendation" so she conducted me to the phone and dial the number for me, customer service basically told me they did not understand why the store was denying to give me the physical SIM card and they suggested me to ask directly to the manager about a new physical SIM card so they could active it remotely. My surprise was, when I asked to the manager called "Keth" about that his answer was literally "if you want a physical one you can go to BestBuy and buy one for $15", I could not believe a manager answered like that, I replied "I don't understand why you are denying me the SIM card and also you suggest me to visit a BestBuy when I pay every month a $150 bill to Verizon, I am a Verizon Client not a Best Buy one", customer service told me "don't worry, I will put an order online and you will be able to pick it up in a couple hours".My surprise is when I received the e-mail with the instruction to pick up the SIM card on the lockers inside the store, the locker's screen asked for my phone number, when I put it on I supposed to receive a text message code to proceed, obviously I could not receive the text message because I did not have the SIM card, that was exactly the reason why I was requesting one to use my number.Anyways so thinking the madness was close to end, I pressed the Botton in the screen that says "If you don't have your phone with you press this Botton and a team member will be shortly with you to assist you" (HA! SURE), I pressed the Botton, the manager initially ignored me and went with other clients, finally I went directly to him and asked for assistance, his answer was "we will not assist you, I will not open it you must receive the code if you want to pick it up (obviously I could not), also he added "my employee felt insecure assisting you, so we will not assist you if you want a SIM card go to BestBuy" (again!) I could not believe a "manager" could act and say something like that to a client, I answered him "that is totally fake, if you employee felt insecure assisting me why she conduct me to the phone, dial the number for me inside the store?" it does not make senses for me to receive this treatment from a company as a cliente, and I added "is this because I am latino, because I noticed the rest of the clients are not receiving this treatment, I don't understand why you denied to assist me from the beginning until now to open the locker, I have my ID card you can perfectly verify its my order" after that the "manager" called Keth (with a terrible management of the situation) started to scream "you don't know what you said, get out of my store" I was in shock, I answered very calm "ok, I will leave the store but I will call the police because this is just not right".So I did, I called the police they came and I made the report, I also reported with Verizon, this store at Plainfield, IN is being managed for a person who is not qualified, unable to offer a qualified customer service and unable to listen and de-escalate any situation. In resume, if you are latino don't go to this store, If for so
