manager blk older lady with braids offered me $2.00 off a suitcase that had 2 scratches on it. when i was buying a 3 pc set plus a carry bag. less then 300.00 purchase. a 10% discount would have been a acceptable discount. but since she wanted to have a attitude and play with me. i walk out and bought nothing. you lost a sale playing with me with $2.00 off a 99.00 suitcase that already has scratches. that’s insulting. you can keep all your items.

I visited this store recently and was assisted by Antionette, She was an exceptional associate and excellent representative; very knowledgeable and helpful. I've shopped in some high end stores and this young woman presented herself as someone who was very anxious and interested in making sure I found what I was searching for. She really is is management material for sure! If you're in the Plainfield Store, seek her out for help in locating just the right items you are looking for. Tons of Women's Clothes, It's a time well spent flippun through the racks trip to find just that right item. Come with a water bottle! The housewares and what not are plentiful and at a relatively decent price. The rotation of product is quick enough to keep you comin back every so often and divin back in. The men's dept however is very very very small!! Itty bitty! So don't come lookin for HIM here. But it's fun to find here and worth the efforts!
