“Great customer service and cheap tires. Luckily I found them after a blowout and visited other tire shops in the area, all overpriced scams. Pep Boys also had cheap products for your car that rivals walmart prices. I rarely do these reviews but I'm sure this will save someone the pain of shopping around like I did in Joliet”
“I am a part time driver (retired). I took company trucks in for alignment. Appointment was kept and they were very courteous to me. But make sure you are on time or early because there is a big demand for their alignment stall.”
“I came in to sell my car and I had a great experience! I worked with Doug Solomos the KBB buying manager and he was very hospitable and kind. When I first arrived, the receptionist greeted me and quickly notified Doug that I had arrived. I sat down for about 5 minutes and was then greeted by Doug who gave me a run down on how he would look at my car and then analyze prices. It took around 30 minutes but I was glad he let me know. He was very elaborate and provided me with details and did not pressure me at all to make a quick decision once he told me the price he could offer. The price we ended up with was pretty close to the Kelley Blue Book price so I was very satisfied. I would definitely recommend that you work with Doug if you want to sell your car after taking a look at KBB. I really appreciated how kind and patient he was and how he thoroughly explained things to us! Also, the place itself was clean so I appreciated that. I can't say too much about the experience of buying cars but I saw that anyone who was interested in buying seemed to be heard and treated well :)”

We just got our 3rd tire replacement, I cant tell you how many warranty replacement tires, alternator, tire pressure sensors and everything in-between. From the moment we walk in to the the moment we walk out we are 100% taken care of. Staff is amazing, kind and understanding. Work is done fast, well and is covered under warranty. “Took my vehicle in to get tire fixed. Valve stem needed replaced was leaking air. They replaced it for free. Was very quick and nice. Have never had such great service from auto repair shop like this. Was very happy I took my vehicle here. I tried to pay but would not take anything. For any of my future needs on my vehicle will definitely make the hour drive to Big O Tires. Thank you to Ryan,manager who was very helpful and very friendly.”
