Very convenient location with nearly full service for your banking needs. We opened a student checking account here and it was a very quick process- in and out in less than 30 minutes.

This is one of those small outlets inside a big box store, Meijer in this case. Two teller windows, and counter to site down at and conduct business, plus a private office for a banker to meet with a customer. There is an ATM as well. The ATM has been upgraded recently from a confusing touch screen and physical buttons combo to an all touch screen model. Big improvement! Their location is just inside the south door or where the grocery end of the store is located. I have not found this place to be too crowded on all of my visits during the past two years. There are usually two employees on hand so if one gets stuck on a lengthy transaction the other person or a manager will step up to a window even if they are helping a sit down customer. This has happened to me on two occasions.

Website says open and called the phone number. The customer service rep said Yes, they’re open. Nope, NOT OPEN AT ALL. TEMPORARILY CLOSED WITHOUT ANY REOPENING DATE POSTED. You can only use the ATM inside meijer.

Spent over 30 minutes during business hours waiting for an employee to show up at the in store location. A 2:53 PM, on a Friday, there was no sign of an employee at this location.
