The laundry room smelled to high heaven and everything was leaking and out of service. The lady at the desk couldn’t care less. The only reason we even stayed here was because we stayed at a staybridge in Cheyenne and it was clean with great service and free laundry facilities. The hotel here also seems to have paper thin walls as I heard the man in the room by the elevators talking pornographically to some woman and the elevator reeked of cigarettes and weed. I stayed here with my two small children so I wouldn’t really consider this a family friendly establishment also the rest room in the lobby had a large paper grocery store bag full of trash sitting by the sink and it was laughably still there when we checked out. It’s obvious when management just doesn’t care.

Suite was perfect for family of 5 with 3 preteen-teen daughters. Gave us enough room to move around. The breakfast buffet was good. Omelets, waffles, coffee, in a buffet type set up. Will definitely stay here again when visiting family.
Rooms: Big enough to have space to breathe with the kids.
Safety: Easier than getting multiple rooms with kids
Walkability: We had 1st floor room right down from lobby and breakfast.

False advertisement. There is nothing I hate more than false advertisement on a hotel website because we travel so much. The hot tub does not work. Don't put it on your website with pictures if it doesn't work.

The staff at this hotel, Dan in particular, went above and beyond to accommodate us. We are traveling with a nationally ranked youth basketball team and have some specific and somewhat unusual requirements - Dan and this hotel jumped into action and took perfect care of us. Highly recommend!

The employees at this hotel made our eclipse experience so memorable in the best way possible. They were incredibly kind and even let us into the outdoor pool area to watch the eclipse. They were attentive, kind, and caring. My husband and I said we'll have to make another trip just to stay at this hotel again. Shout out to Juniper and Steve and all the front desk/maintenance/housekeeping folks! We appreciated you. I 100% recommend this hotel!

Best hotel experience I’ve ever had. My boyfriend and I travel the country for our work, staybridge has offered one of the most comfortable experiences for not only us but also our cat. Every employee is friendly & helpful, you never pass a single one that doesn’t greet you or ask how your day is. Highly recommend!

We were driving from Cleveland to Southern IL recently. I had surgery in Cleveland and we were on our way home. The day after surgery we found ourselves in a snow storm on the other side of Indianapolis and knew we needed to stop for the day/night. I found a Cracker Barrel at this exit so we stopped to get some food while we decided what to do. We then realized that it was NBA all star weekend so a lot of the local hotels were full. My husband called Staybridge and explained our situation. They were so kind and helpful. They made sure we had an ADA room as I needed the bars to help me in the bathroom. And to our surprise on arriving at the front desk Ness had explained our situation to the manager and they were able to adjust our rate. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was in a lot of pain so having a clean comfortable room with kind staff was huge for us.

Horrible place to stay. Starting with the horrible attitude at check in. I was informed of the construction going on with the rooms and that availability was limited. Also I was informed that I should go to the Holiday Inn instead. Great welcome!
When I got to the room it was full of workers finishing touchup.
I waited in room for them to finish but used my time to check for problems. The fridge did not work and both TVs did not work. I called down to desk and was told they had no mechanic on duty during the weekends and that there's nothing they could do.
This got me pissed so I took matters in my own hand. I went out to find one of the construction workers and inform them of the issues. Mr Tony Santiago (not with Staybridge) came to the rescue and fixed all the issues. Tony is a fine example of a positive person with the right attitude. Bless you Tony.
The breakfast was typical Staybridge food. Note look at the inside of their apples before biting into it. 3 out of 5 apples were rotten in the middle. The evening meal (Monday-Wednesday) was plentiful but lacked variety. Most long stay hotels do not offer evening meals after "coco puffs" pandemic so at least Staybridge still offers some evening meals.
As far as staying at this Staybridge I would suggest going to the Hilton Homewood Suites around the corner. I was at Staybridge for work and stayed 5 nights and do not recommend this hotel.
