Friendly staff. Good place for dog supplies, but cat section has gotten smaller and smaller. I have to go elsewhere for most of what my cats need.

This store has always been disappointing, staff have always been cold and feel like customers are inconveniencing them by being in the store. I’ve gave up on shopping here, only been useful the last few times because they are local and have access to giving your pup a bath. Today was the final straw after being told the bath closes in 20 minutes then not being allowed to use the bath? If it’s open for 20 more minutes then it’s still open. Staff have never been on the same page and have been very rude on multiple occasions. Save your time and shop elsewhere, not a friendly person environment for you or your furry family.

Took my Pittie for a Dog Wash and there was no Warm water and when I told the employee he responded that there body Temps were lower than ours and it should be safe to wash her. Not an acceptable response. So I took her home and washed her. I've always used Specks for Baths and Hope that this issue is Resolved ASAP. Thank you.

I love Specks. They have all my pet food and treats. I also love the cheap and nail clipping. I was paying a Vet to clip my dogs nails every month. I found out they were not clipping all the nails. I am really pleased with Specks.

Live the dog wash. This location does let you close the doors to the room unlike the one in Avon. It's worth the couple minutes more to get there. Nice selection of high quality foods, toys and treats for dogs, cats and some birds.

I enjoy going in with my dogs. The staff are friendly, they have a little of everything inside the store. My only complaint is they are a little pricey but it is a pet specialization store. Any specialization store is a little pricey.

Standard small pet store! They do have a smaller selection than some of the speciality stores in the city, but really they have what you need. Staff was exceptionally helpful in recommending items from their Raw freeze dried bar. Great stop to swing in for a quick treat for the dogs!

Nice, well stocked store. Very helpful staff. Prices were a bit higher than other pet stores. All around A+ though.
