You have to walk around to find help when there are employees there standing around. It was a very small store and there really wasn't a very good selection of shoes for children size 9c. I didn't buy from the store.

Poor customer service. Bought a machadise and store manager per her words even with original box and original receipt she refused. She was unprofessional asking if we asked before buying if the machadise is returnable.
Just to add, the receipt nor the store has the policy she claims. She stated that it's their policy that the store manager has the discretion to choose what items to accept or not. We asked where is it written? She said it's not written anywhere it's just their policy. So, customers be aware you can buy from there but be damn sure that it's at your own risk. No returns accepted unless the manager wants/accepts your return.

0 customer service. Demeaning attitude from store manager ( Tiarra). I Had bought a therma hood and when I returned it within the return period and in original packaging and the receipt, the manager said she have discretion to choose which item can be returned or not! Really! Where does it states that on the receipt or posted in-store before buying the item?. Very unclear in store return policy and I will not be returning to this specific store. I was able to Call customer service on phone and returned the merchandise through fedex.

This store closes when ever they want and are never open the times posted on line went to the store In Castleton the said the was available on Crawfordsville Road so I dove 35 minutes to get here and the would not let me in said the was closed it was only 7:30pm

The product is fine. The store is clean. The customer service I rate a negative 5. They are extremely slow. 5 employees one world the counter and I waited in line for 15 minutes for socks the last time!???

My kids and I went on Monday (2/26/24) and waited for 45 mins for shoes to be brought out only to have the salesperson come out and tell us they didn’t have them in stock.

Went to buy some shoes, asked for a size and the dark skinned lady came and said she didn’t have it then asked her for another size and she gave me side eye, gave a whole dog eye stare, SIGHED and left to the back and never came back out. Absolutely horrible customer service get her fired. 0/10 fix your wig and your makeup love ?
