Scary to be told by store employee that they mark their mattresses up 2000%, with fees and pro rates they still make profit on a return. SHAME.

I don't even know where to begin. My husband and I spend 4+ hours in the store trying to figure out what mattress, add-ons, bedding & furniture was best for us & our budget. Otis was more than welcoming! He understood how big of a commitment this was & never once pressured us to make a decision one way or another. Seriously felt like part of the family walking out of there today. We haven't slept on our new bed yet but I highly recommend talking to Otis if you have any questions.

Otis at the Plainfield Sleep Number store was very helpful in picking out and purchasing a mattress. I have chronic back pain which is helped by sleeping on a firm and flat mattress. The Sleep Number C2 is the best mattress that I've found to meet my needs. Also I can keep my side set at 90 and my wife is able to adjust her side much lower.

My sister's Sleep Number bed was old and she wanted to upgrade to newer model. I expressed an interest and asked her if I could tag along this past Saturday. By being a previous customer she got 20% off every thing, including the bed and any accessories she wanted. Her daughter-in-law came too because she was interested in a new bed as well. She got a 15% off coupon from my sister by creating a new account. She and and my sister's son came back Wednesday to get their bed. Although, I wasn't ready to purchase anything today, I will be getting the same 15% discount when I am ready.Otis was our salesperson and very helpful. He had us try several beds and pillows. He answered all of our many questions.In addition to replacing her mattress she decided to go with the adjustable frame that raises your head and feet in the split design. That means each side is independent of the other side and adjusts individually for two separate people in the same bed.They have mattresses where the foot portion of the mattress heats up to keep your feet warm if you would like that feature. They also have a wide assortment of pillows in all kinds of shapes, thicknesses, firmness, and materials used inside. They have sheets and comforters too.Today, Thursday, was delivery day, everything went smoothly. They arrived on time. They notify you twice before arriving. Total time spent on delivery and setup was less than one hour.
