Was at the laundromat next door and found my car’s battery to be dead. I walked next door and asked for a jump. A gentleman happily came out and agreed to help me out with a jump. Much appreciated! Plan to be back as a customer next time!

Has had my fiancees car over 3 months, charged an up front fee of $500 and HAS NOT TOUCHED IT! Told him it would be ready July 16th and HAS NOT DONE A THING! RIDICULOUS!!! Charging my fiancee more money than a USED PART costs to get it?! That is AWFUL!!!!

I can't say enough good things about this place!! This place has been a life saver!! My son took his car to Titus Trans, they kept it for 2 months, put the wrong parts on & charged us $900!! Ridener had it 2 weeks, fixed it & gave my son a ride home!! We have since returned for more work & they don't disappoint!! THANK YOU for taking care of my son!!! I will be bringing you all of my vehicles!!

Absolutely not!!!! This man is very high price and dishonest. Uses the excuse that the wrong parts was delivered , although not aware of it till weeks later.. Time frame is Ridiculous There is a lot of dirty money that goes threw his hands The back room smells like marijuana.. Office is Sooo filthy. I never seen a business that has more friends that hang out while he works. Robert is definitely a trial in error kinda of business man. If you want to wait 8 hours for an oil change , he is you man . I don't and I don't care about all his excuses .

If you are looking to take your vehicle here numerous times either for the same issue or some new ones that didn't exist before you brought it to them , then this is your place. If you want it fixed correctly or properly diagnosed then I'd head to a shop in mooresville that rhymes with bar ex.
