I would give them Negative 100 for this bank. Very unprofessional bank, I had 2 checking, 1 saving and 1 company account with them. They had been horrendously charging us fees on my business account. Decided to leave them and went to BMO with no fee so far. They closed the account but along with that forced to close all our personal accounts. If we went to bank to pay some negative balances that they charged, the banker told us to make cashier's check and when we came with cashier's check they told that they cant accept cashier's check and it has to be cash to pay. They will make your day horrible as their bankers dont know what is the right process. From last 5 years with them, we had horrible experience with them. Their tellers says something else and one banker says something else and the other banker says something else. Avoid them and save your time. They are terrible and doesnt respect your time at all.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Rude employees who overheard my phone conversation and then spoke OUT LOUD about what I needed after they got my cashier's check wrong and printed the wrong paperwork. Got told to see a banker and waited when I didn't even need to. I will never go to pnc ever again. Kameron is the only cool one. Grimsaley or whatever her name is is extremely rude.

The bank and staff are fine, but PNC bank is awful and o wouldn't recommend banking here.

I rarely go to bank branches and I have only been to this branch three times but I had a great experience.m each time. First time was to open an account which was hassle free. Second and third time were to order and pick up foreign currency. I like traveling but I dislike exchanging money at airport kiosks because their rates are never good. It makes most sense to get foreign currency at a bank. I ordered Euros on Friday and they had them ready for me on Monday which is super! The tellers were quick and very friendly.

I have been a long supporter of PNC bank and used to a high level of service. Recently started using Plainfield office and must say very dissapointed. Made an appointment to open a new account for my mom. Was told running behind because of walk-ins. I was told you couldn't do walk-ins. Had to wait for a quite a while for my appointment

I've been banking with PNC Bank for years. They are always friendly and very helpful. I always feel welcomed. Great bank with great customer service!
