Please avoid having a take a loan from here. It’s horrible interest rates. The small relief from financial crisis by getting a loan will just cause another if you get a loan here. If you trying to refinance they will give you a pitiful 1% off when you refinance. When I have called in for questions and concerns, I am cut off when I’m speaking with Brooke not so much when speaking with other staff.

I thought that it was very unprofessional. I came to pay off my loan. But was forced to stand outside until she got off her computer. I guess 10-12 minutes. I guess as though my time wasn’t important! Im glad Im done with this loan, I will never do business with this company again!!!! The one in Greenwood Indiana.

Service at Plainfield office was pretty good. It was only a few people in the office but some of my info was kind of yelled across the room which I didn't love. I know no one there cared but I did. Overall, pretty fast experience. I hate that I had to take out a loan especially since their interest is ASTRONOMICAL, but if you're in a bind this institution is a means to an end.

I called to get additional funds because I have gotten two emails and when I was done uploading my documents I Called 2 hours later to see if there was something else I needed to do because I had not heard back yet. Brooke answered the phone and was great but while I was explaining my situation she interrupted me and I didn’t even get to finish what I was saying. I felt it was a little rude and made me feel unheard. By the end of it they called back after another hour and said they weren’t able to help me. At this point I’m not sure why I keep my business there. It’s inconsistent.

this place gets a negative 5 stars, don't ever get a loan from these people, complete rip off. i repeat do not get a loan, i had a great credit score once before above 720,these people enjoy ruining lives. some how it sounds to good to be true. i was looking for a great loan in 2018 i thought at the time the rates were low but some how these people got me in a 36% loan. do the math $221.00 a month from april 18 to now i should almost be done with this loan, they said i still owe another $4,200. they are doing fraud and they should go to jail for what they are doing
