Mr Appliance was easy to schedule with. The technician arrived on time. Was pleasant and professional. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem and well articulated to me my options. I chose to have the appliance repaired. The part arrived in just a few days. Again the same technician arrived on time and quickly completed the repair. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance of Avon and Plainfield. My 25 year old GE Profile Refrigerator was quickly and efficiently repaired by Chris, the service tech.Chris was on-time and knew what he was doing. He listened carefully to my problems, diagnosed my issue(s) and repaired the fridge at a price that was a good value.He was a clear communicator and the kind of person I welcome into my home.I notice little things. The first thing that caught my attention when Chris came into my home was he placed his toolbag on the floor. I hate it whenever service techs put their tools, bags and/or other paraphernalia on any of my counters or table. My kitchen is not a barn. Chris clearly respected the cleanliness of my kitchen and kept it that way.
