I had a what I thought to be a fuel issue with my truck. I took the truck to this business to see if they could help. After talking with the owner, he stated to me that he has the best ford mechanic in the state and they would figure it out. After not hearing from them for approximately 2 weeks I decided to call for an update. He asked me to be patient and they would get to it. I let several more days go by with no call so I decided to call again. He answered and said to call back when his guy is back from lunch and he should have an answer for me. After this call, my phone calls were no longer being answered. It would go to a voice mailbox that is "full" so I wasn't even able to leave a message. Now we are close to 5 weeks of my truck being there with ZERO communication from them. I decided to just go in and pick it up since nothing was being done. The owner stated to me that they couldn't get it to recreate the issue I was having. I had a hard time believing that statement seeing that the truck does it on a daily basis for me. I'll try somewhere more reputable.

I've used Jim's auto repair several times. They are very good at Auto repair and very customer service oriented. I had a truck my son will be driving there for some repairs. Because it's a"new"driver vehicle, he had a mechanic do a very through safety check. I will continue to use them in the future.

Took my car to be fixed it was 1 year before he started ,thats when he said he forgot about it ,he had one of the guys work on it ,then I was going to pick it up then he called and said my keys were gone ,then I had to call and call then he said has to order the keys ,when I picked it up I only had 1 key not the fob ,called him he hung up on me never go there again ds

Bill is wonderful. A Christian business that does repairs right at a fair price. Think before overpaying at Andy Mohr dealerships, Bill knows cars and trucks better than the dealerships.

I was working out of town and my truck tire started grinding. so I called around and Jim's auto got me in that day. ended up being wheel bearings that fell apart. and a tierod end that was broke.also showed me my rotor was rusted threw on my truck,that I also had them replace. nothing but kind professionalism.10/10 would recommend them to anyone the area or anyone traveling through.

They do fantastic work. I will say that they are hesitant to tell you bad news though. So I ended up calling more often than them calling me. Outside of the communication issue, each employee I encountered was always polite and didn't treat me like I am stupid. *Which is an all too common issue I've had at mechanics* Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been in the field my entire life, only recently got out of it, so that means I’m picky. Not only do these guys know what they do, they are friendly too ( that’s a hard combo to find in automotive ) I can’t brag enough about them, don’t get me wrong I plant my face in my palm when I have troubles but there’s no trouble on where I’ll take them. They are now MY mechanic shop !!! Thanks guys !!

I like the men that work there, they do good work, and they don't charge more than I have to. If you have a car problem take it to someone like this. I have twice now, both times I had a great experience. I even took my friend there, they too had a great experience. Try them out I don't think you'll be sorry.

Amazing people, great and fast service, nailed the estimates, and my car smelled fresh and clean when I got it back! They go above and beyond every time and trust them 100% with my repair needs! HIGHLY recommend!!!
