“Theres a young man name Justin who works there as a teller he has the best customer service skills I've ever seen before at a bank very nice very friendly always smiling and he has a great attitude”
“Although I live in a big city and am use to the feel of banks in big cities, like inches of bullet proof glass between you and a teller and longer lines because of more people, I can appreciate the feel of a smaller bank. I grew up around them in Indiana. I had to stop into a PNC bank on my recent flight into Indy. I have a PNC account from many years ago of living in Pittsburgh and it has been helpful to have retained it when I visit my family in Indiana from time to time in a year. There is no PNC branch in Vegas. It is good to pop in from time to time to let them know I am alive, as was my intention on this visit. And man am I glad I did for it reminds me of the "emotional benefits" of doing business with a smaller bank. I have never stopped into this PNC location prior to now. Christina, who was like the "concierge" in the lobby ready to assist you with protocol or questions before getting to the telle,r was an outstanding customer service touch I did not see coming. She was lovely, knowledgable, friendly and WOWed! me with the bees knees of customer service. She treated me like a friend. The teller (whose name I do not remember) was equally kind, welcoming and efficient, and not behind security glass. A nice touch for a city girl like me! I do financial business lots of places, but this experience of being welcomed and valued is how it should be at all banks, big and small regardless of big city or small town. You have set the bar for me PNC Avon! Great job! You made me feel like holding on to this account is the greatest financial decision I have made in awhile.”
