“Very friendly staff. Very busy location, sometimes there's a long wait. I suggest going online to Verizon and schedule an appointment, if you don't have a Verizon account you can schedule as a guest.”

“We have been with this company for about 10 years. I will say, these people are phenomenal. Anytime I have a problem they walk me through the solution, and if we can't figure that out, they are at my house in no time. Recently, SCI REMS decided to start bringing out fiber in our area and was asking us if we would like to switch. The thought never crossed my mind to switch, as PDS has just been so great. I don't think you could get better customer service anywhere else.”

She was so nice and I know she was there all day because my sister went in the morning & had her as well. Gina was super helpful to us both and did not give us a hard time for leaving. “Finally made the switch to TDS Fiber, nice, clean and easy install with fiber optics. Their technician Michael was outstanding. Everything worked perfectly and was up and running in no time. Wish we had this type of internet service back in 2004. It's day one, but I would recommend it if anyone is looking for a change away from Spectrum and it's a ailable in your neighborhood.”

“This team is really helpful. I wrecked my phone on my way to catch a flight to Indy from Denver and it ruined my day. Zion was really helpful when I wanted a Pixel phone but had no means to find out what store I could find one at. I had to wait for a ride and felt very welcomed. Overall really impressed with the customer service.”
“Had a terrible reason for having to travel so far, but once I explained why I was there Travis was the most helpful person to guide me through the awful circumstances I've ever had and I've been a loyal customer for,17 years and was lied to via telephone support but Travis did his absolute best to try to sort it out. Made an appointment which I highly recommend you do. Not overcrowded like most other locations and original person was very friendly and was also shocked by the reason I was there. Once my issue was resolved it took two hours plus some and still upset about being lied to from their support center and they should be ashamed of themselves for letting their own people do what they did to me over the phone. But still I have no reason to give the actual store anything but the best reviews. Thank you Travis for dealing with such a mess”
