“Nice store, very clean. They have self checkout lanes now. None of them are big enough to accommodate you if you have a cart full of groceries though. They still have three cashier run checkout lanes, that's good.”

“This is an amazing grocery store as well as a perfect kitchen. Must try Aloo parathaa, it is crazy. Once you have it you will come here daily. Just loved the overall experience”

“I like this Meijer and visit often even though I live right behind the Camby Meijer. This one is larger and has nicer looking produce than mine. The store is always clean and usually well stocked.
My only complaint is using the app. I prefer using Shop & Scan on the app. Not only for the speedy checkout but because it tells me if there's an available coupon for an item I just scanned.
However, I'd say that 20-25% of the time, the Shop & Scan feature takes forever to load, will Scan items multiple times then buffer, randomly close, or crash completely in the middle of a shopping trip. I've been told that it works better on their Wi-Fi. I don't use public Wi-Fi. I've also been told that reception is spotty in some parts of the store. But all my other apps work fine, so I don't know why this one doesn't. Also, I rarely have these problems at the Camby store.

The last couple of times I've gone shopping, the Shop&Scan feature has worked perfectly. I'm not sure what's changed but it makes shopping so much easier.”

“I would like to add to Lilly Woods comment. I have also had the opportunity to talk with Shelley. I am also the Mom to a special needs daughter. Shelley knows the struggle I have with time to go to the grocery store. Shelley is always helpful with showing me where things are in the store since the remodeling and helps me complete my shopping quickly. In this world where good customer service is hard to find it's good to know there are still good people like Shelley.”

“My prescription for antibiotic was sent around 2:30 this afternoon. I got a message stating it was ready for p/u at 3:30. Can’t get it any better than that! The young man that waited on me was very polite.”

“I want to preface by saying I am very capable of using the self checkout lanes when I have to but I love when I’m getting a cart full of groceries to have the option of using a service checkout lane. Tonight when I went I looked for the service lanes to be open(as I had bought a lot) and noticed that they had 3 open with no costumer in sight as everyone was using self checkout. I went to one of the lanes and was immediately greeted by Chad with a smile and “how’s your day going?” I said good and was quick to apologize and explained I just didn’t feel like scanning my groceries myself. He was quick to say “oh it’s no problem.” With a smile. The other two young men came over to help him as they did not have any costumers. While one scanned, one bagged the groceries, and the other loaded them into my cart. It was so fast and efficient! I know this is not the norm and honestly probably not what they should’ve been doing but it was truly the best service I have ever received at a Walmart! They were all incredibly polite and smiled the whole time! Just a very pleasant surprise and experience!”

“This is a great Walmart! It's clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The woman that I usually check out with has a service dog and she was so sweet to my son for helping me put all of the bags of groceries in our cart. This was a great shopping experience!”

“The store always seems to be clean and well stocked whenever I have visited. My only complaint would be that it's darn near impossible to find an employee that is truly happy and willing to assist you if you ask a question. Seems like everyone I have approached pulls out their mobile phone, sighs, and looks up whatever product I ask about. This has been the norm except for this last visit when I had to visit the electronics department. We encountered two male employees there who were EXTREMELY helpful and the taller of the two was SO knowledgeable about the topic of discussion that it amazed me. He kept us from buying expensive, unnecessary equipment we didn't need. So glad we encountered the two gentlemen. I wish I had gotten their names. Can only tell you that we were helped between 11:10 and 11:45AM.”
