yeah so this girl that was working black hair and stuff was snobby and was making rude comments. and we returned an item and she made it a big ordeal and she is a overall rude person. she insisted seeing my ID also. 3/23/21 @6:30

I went here yesterday to get some clothing and had a wonderful customer service experience. Morgan was very sweet and even helped me pick out some really cute outfits! She was going above and beyond to help me. Thank you Morgan!

Love this store especially this location in Plainfield, they have lovely trendy clothing. I was helped by Milly the last time I went and she was so attentive and helpful from the moment I walked in until I was done. Also, a lady who I believe was the store manager was there and she gave me tips on how to use certain outfits (great service). Overall I had a great experience, I definitely recommend shopping at this location!! ??

The store manager (i think her name is Jill), is so, so, so rude and demeaning. I live less than 5 minutes from this location and i go out of my way to go to the francescas in castelton or clay terrace because she has been very rude every single time I’ve gone in there.

The store manager Jill was phenomenal! Came in for engagement photo outfit shopping & she went above & beyond to be sure I left with everything I needed. She exceeded my fiancé & I’s expectations & truly is a great asset to this company!!!!

I am the former assistant manager from this location. I’ve reached out to HR multiple times due to the fact that the store manager has been sharing false information about me- saying how I was so “crazy” and that she had to fire me. Even claiming that I broke her toe by placing a box on a shelf in the stock room? She’s telling this to current coworkers of mine as they’re shopping inside of her store. I gave the standard amount of notice and left on good terms with the DM. I’m very disappointed with how this isn’t being taken seriously on an HR level.
