Showed up at 5:48pm. Was told at the door they are closing the register that they are closed. I showed them the time that they don’t close till 6, they let me in. Every shoe my daughter picked they didn’t have the size for her, 4 pair to be exact. I can hear the employee relaying the size to the ear piece, with saying “I know I’m trying” “yah it’s them again” “I told them” and laughing with every response. The manager came out and told us we needed to leave, it’s 5:58pm at this point. We was rushed out of the store without being able to purchase anything. It was me and my 3 children, we were shoe shopping for school.

Lady at the counter had a attitude and manager assisting. Don't work in customer service if you hate your job. I placed an order for in store pick up. 2 days later and my order still isn't completed. The order was paid for as well. Call the store for a status update after one day. The guy tells me he put my shoes to the side for my order. Visit the store today day 2 for them to tell me I need to wait for an email that states my order is ready for pick up after two days of waiting. Absolutely not. Had an attitude for doing their job. Incompetent workers. I will not recommend or revisit. They don't care about customer service. What's comical is if I walked in and purchased the same said order I wouldn't have to wait 2 days for an email when all they have to do is place shoes in a bag with a receipt. I hope this gets to upper management.

Lady was rude at the register. Horrible attitude. I didn’t know what the issue was, but she clearly can’t cope under pressure with customers. Store needs an adjustment from her.

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever received at a Finish-line. Employees are very rude and have 0% interest in customer service.

I had a return that was an issue because I had used Paypal. The employees that helped me could not have been better. Finally, a good customer service experience! In this climate, good customer service is rare, so I feel like I need to recognize and give a shout out to the team that helped me.

I have been in the store for at least 10 minutes listening to a girl pop her gum and another guy ignore me. The loud annoying music doesn't help. I guess I will return my mother's day gifts else where.

This Finish Line location is extremely sketchy, I would avoid AT ALL COST !I pre-ordered shoes last week and when I went to pick them up at the correct time, the store employees told me they accidentally sold them to someone else (who would happen to ask for my size but for which they never asked for ID). I had a similar situation over a month ago where the same store wasn’t providing QR codes for pre orders (assuming that they wereSelling to friends and family). Too bad you can’t even count on shoe stores to not try to scan their loyal customers

We went here to spend over $100 on shoes and the lady behind the counter didn't want to help us. We asked for help and she snapped at us from behind the counter "Well what do you want to look at?" Then she would only give us one shoe to try on, not the whole pair. Good thing we did because the other shoe did not fit. When we checked out, I guess she got mad at us and left us with the other person to ring us up. This is the reason that people shop online and malls are dying.

Staff unwilling to look for shoes/sizes in the back. We were just blatantly told they were out of all sizes on all we were interested in. So we left and took our business elsewhere.
