Fantastic service as always from Discount Tire, Plainfield, IN store! The staff is always helpful and eager to help. I had a screw in my truck tire that was leaking. Stopped in at the store, the crew had my tire patched, mounted, and spare mounted under bed, and out the door in about 35 minutes. Also, no charge for the repair! This is why they are my only choice when purchasing tires, and getting repairs made! Thank you Discount Tire team!

Austin was super helpful and efficient! I very much appreciate the entire experience. Ordered a spare tire, (1 that is apparently not carried by anyone else), arrived same day! Came in an hour before they closed because I was working but was in and out!

This discount tire was great. I normally get there about 30 minutes before they open, so I can get in and get out. Today however, my son had other plans and my travel was delayed.
I showed up for a standard tire rotation. Somehow, the inside of one of my tires had a gash. They were able to replace it with me paying $40 for the tires insurance.

We were at the airport for sending off our son to basic training enlisting into the Air Force. We came back to our car to find the tire was flat. We limped it to this Discount Tire and they took great care of us. We showed up without an appointment and they got us in right away. We were out in under an hour. This was just great service and another reason to always get your service done at a Discount Tire. The service is always 5-stars no matter where the location. A really well managed company clearly! Thank you!

The fastest service I’ve ever gotten ANYWHERE! At first I was a little skeptical at how fast it took to get my tires done. Then I drove 28 hours (for vacation) and they were and still are perfect! I know where I’ll be getting my tires done for now on. Glad I chose them when I did my research on tire places.

Quick service and great employees work here!!! You would be insane to go anywhere else to get tires or flats fixed. They fix then for free!! What?!! Yeah they're the best! Well done!!

Hi, my name is Amy. I visited Discount Tires today to install my tires. I came in at 9:30am. The man told me his name is Cody. He told me that the tires would be done at 12:50 p.m. My car hasn’t even been back there. Nobody notified me about my car. Me and my son have been sitting there since then, seeing new people come in and out, and nobody came and talked to us about our car or asked us to just give them a couple minutes to get the car back there. This is poor customer service and unprofessional.

My go to spot for tire installation. Had to get my car towed here due to a flat tire and a failed at-home plug attempt. They had my car up on a jack before the man who pulled it in was even getting out. They had me back on the road in 20 minutes even though I showed up right before they closed. Needless to say I’ll be back for future tire installs at this specific location

I work nights and get off at 6am. I was scheduled for an Appointment at 10am and they said if I show up at 8am (when they open) they could try and squeeze me in. I showed up at 8am and by 8:08am I had two new tires put on, paid a great price for them and was on my way back home. Thats right, less than 10 minutes. Some people don’t give the young guys a chance and just assume they are immature kids up to no good. The guys that put on my tires were strictly business and professional despite being very young. They have earned themselves a repeat customer. Thank you so much. I can get some sleep for work tonight.

First time at any Discount Tire. I was met after I pulled into the parking lot. I had an appointment at 2:45pm but they were able to get me in at 1pm. Everyone was friendly and kept me updated on my car.
Gentleman took my info and key, pulled my Tesla into the bay while I sat in the waiting area for only 50 minutes! 4 new Michelin tires installed and very happy. I will continue to use Discount Tire.
