Enough is enough! I'm moving my prescriptions to CVS, this pharmacy is horrendous. After the drive thru was closed for months because they had NO WORKERS. today I go to pick up a script after auto calling me about them for a week. The drive thru has a sign that says be patient we are short staffed. After 5 minutes I left when no one came. I then go in the store at 6:45 pm to get the script and the ENTIRE pharmacy is closed! 2 whole hours early!!!!! Enough is enough

I had an appointment for a vaccination. When I arrived a few minutes early, I was the next person in line. Then I was the only person in line. Then I was the only customer in the store. Sadly, the pharmacist made me wait over 38 minutes past my appointment time for a simple injection.
Result: I moved my 'scripts to Walgreens. (It turns out that they are very friendly and helpful at Walgreens!)
Sadly, this CVS holds no interest for me since Donna and Jody left.
Oh. And I asked twice for one refill that should have auto-refilled. I left at least a week in between requests. CVS never did get that for me and I ran out of my medication, but Walgreens had it ready in a day or two!

Extremely rude customer service. Save yourself from the unnecessary attitude of these employees, and shop at another location.

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with CVS. From the moment I step through their doors, I'm greeted with warmth and professionalism. Their wide array of products, from household essentials to beauty items, always leaves me spoiled for choice. The pharmacy staff goes above and beyond to ensure I understand my medications and feel supported. Plus, their ExtraCare rewards program is a game-changer, offering fantastic savings and deals. Thank you, CVS, for consistently providing exceptional service and making every visit a pleasure!

Pharmacy staff is extremely rude. Told them my fill was an emergency at 9 am and they couldn’t care a less. Told me they would have it filled at 3 even though it’s an emergency. Found a different pharmacy in Plainfield to go to. I never do reviews on places but they need better staff who care about the health of their customers, they’re a pharmacy after all.

Pharmacy needs to be trained on how to treat customers. Being rude and interrupting people is no way to run a pharmacy. If you hate your job don't take it out on the patients. As for the speed of service I was able to call and by the time I got an answer I was next in line piss poor performance.

I would truly like to Commend The Staff at this Location. I receive my Regular meds from this Location and I will honestly say that they all do a Wonderful Job even when shorthanded. I wish Corporate would either give them More Money or get them the help that they need. I've seen them get cursed at and yelled at and and all there trying to do is get the Customers orders in on a timely basis. Sometimes they don't even have the Medication in Stock and that's not there Fault. I will give them a Kudos on a Job well done. Corporate, More Money or More Help. Good Job CVS Pharmacists. ????????

Did I just wait in line for over an hour for a week-old prescription? Unfortunately, yes. But the pharmacy staff is always so, so nice (and sincerely apologetic) when I go into pick up. After standing in line and listening to everyone’s commentary, I can’t imagine the type of frustration these techs deal with. Not to mention the phone constantly ringing in the back.I know that it can be a major inconvenience to drive out of your way (multiple times) or have to wait extensively for meds that you need (often desperately), but you can tell the staff is trying their best with the amount of people they have. Patience isn’t always easy, but at least try to be kind to the individuals filling your scripts. Most of the time, these delays are not their fault.

My car was totaled a week ago so getting my medication depends on getting someone to drive to get them. Sent someone yesterday to West main location only to find out they didn't have them. Finally got the doctor to send to the east main location and called and automated message said the medicine is ready to pick up. Found someone to get them for me. They drive 15 miles to get them to find the pharmacy is closed due to no pharmacist today. Well, you could have added that to your automated message and saved my friend time and gas now I have to find a ride again tomorrow after being out of my medication for 3 days. Ridiculous.

I transferred my prescription here after calling to confirm stock. I get there tonight after driving 30 miles out of my way to be told that it's out of stock. I said I don't understand it was confirmed in stock yesterday. Then Gina I assume the pharmacist, came to the window and said it's out of stock, I don't know what you want me to tell you. I said I don't understand how I can be told twice it's available then get here and it's gone. I drove 30 miles out of my way. Gina said you just keep repeating yourself I said I am trying to understand how this happened when I specifically told both people I talked to (one being her) about where I am coming from. I said this this was a wasted trip and time. Gina said well I tried to call. I said no you didn't, there are no missed calls or a voice-mail. She just rolled her eyes, shrugged her shoulders and shut the window. Didn't offer to check surrounding pharmacies or anything. She is a horrible person and doesn't care about customer service. Didn't care that my time or gas was wasted because she failed to make a phone call.
