There was loud music playing at 1am. Bright lights shining in my window until about the same time when I realized there were 2 shades on the window. That fixed that. Set an alarm for breakfast only for them to be out of sausage and they didn’t have anymore. Which I don’t believe. How are they going to serve breakfast tomorrow? I chose this hotel because of the breakfast. I travel for work and it’s really expensive to eat out every day! I imagine I still have to pay full price even though what was promised they could not deliver.
Day 2: no meat for breakfast. Just fake watery eggs. I asked to speak to a manager and the front desk hung up on me. They have a continental breakfast at best. Do not expect to eat in the morning unless you enjoy cereal. Or fake watery eggs by themselves.

Had a good time only complaint I have is no one was their for people to check out, don't know if they were pulled away for something but me and several other gusts waited for a while and left our key cards next to the computer at front. I really didn't want to do that but had no choice. After 5-10min no one is gonna wait much longer. Hope everything was ok.
Rooms: Liked the room was a good comfy bed.

Drove to Indy for the weekend
Check in 6/28/24
The room is in a good location right off the highway and about 10 minutes away there’s food entertainment, and shopping.
When we arrived my first thought was ok it’s cute and clean love it
first we have problems with the tv not working ( got that fixed )
Saturday right in the middle of the movie the tv cuts out ( tv the cuts out at 11 for check out even when your not checking out,left the room came back tv still wasn’t work ) they eventually came and fixed it.
The sink in the room doesn’t work ( it drains really really really slow)
The bed was firm,to the firmest of the firm( hard)
At one point the outlet near the sink stopped working
The fitness center was good
They do have a pool it looks clean
Some of the staff were very nice and others not to much ( idk why it’s so hard just so say HELLO or even GREET) someone when is speaking to you.
Overall I give them a 4.5 the location won my heart

There was no one at the front so I left the key and a note 212 check out @ 10:35
Rooms: The rooms are decent. There are minor things that need to be fixed like electrical outlet and the sink before the most part they’re OK.
Nearby activities: The movie and outlet are 7 minutes
Food & drinks: There are so many good restaurants about 7 minutes away there’s even a bar at the top of the street

Nearby activities: Yons of shopping nearby and just close enough to main attractions (zoo, museum) that we didnt mind staying outside of Indianapolis

We stopped here for a 1 night early May 2023 to continue on the next day to a family gathering. We came here at the wrong time. Apparently, there was some family gathering of 30+ people who partied until 5 am right below our window. I complained, but it seemed this party was the owner or manager’s group. Barely got any sleep and the desk clerk noted I looked exhausted the next morning. She was surprised and said she would pass it on, but no one followed up. Not even corporate.
Everything was dark, smelled musty. Had the appearance of clean, but did not feel clean. We did not stay for the included breakfast.
Safety: I did not feel safe here. Workers stared at my sons and I. We locked ourselves in the room and didn’t go back out until we left.

The rooms are exceedingly large and clean with an exercise room on the first floor and an indoor swimming pool but the staff didn’t meet my expectations. I reported my tv not working at 6am, came back at 6pm and it still didn’t work. Maintenance couldn’t figure out the problem over 3 hours later. I then asked for a refund because I wasn’t given another room and was told that I wouldn’t be reimbursed at all.

There seems to be a lot of negative reviews here, but that was not our experience at all. The King room with couch was spacious. The room was very clean. Breakfast was warm, even at the last minute (ends at nine). The staff closing down breakfast was not rushing us out, in fact they helped my daughter who was struggling a bit with the waffle maker. The team member who helped my daughter really stood out. Stayed here for the solar eclipse in April 2024 and we would definitely consider staying here again. I've had many regrettable hotel stays in my lifetime, this wasn't even close to that. Staff was friendly and everything was clean. Thank you

I'm happy to report that there were no bugs unlike the other reviews that stated otherwise. I even brought a black light to thoroughly check the room. And the room was impeccably clean under the black light! The service was amazing. The front desk people were friendly and helpful. The breakfast wasn't very well stocked but eventually more food came out. The biscuits and gravy were delicious. The rooms seem recently renovated. The beds were 4/5 in comfort level. I'm hoping they will be the next thing to be renovated. We enjoyed playing a family game in the adorable lobby during the evening. I would absolutely stay here again!

BED BUGS!! The lady at the front desk was very accommodating and friendly. Then we got to our room and of course got in way too late and it was already midnight. The pool was closed and nothing was posted about this.. the tiles in the bathroom were loose, the floorboards are falling off, there was a stain on our comforter and dead bed bugs in our bed. They had the matress protectors on as if the room had recently been sprayed. When they gave us our extra blanket we had a live bed bug on it. I tried to get a refund and the manager never answered us or talked to us the whole time we were there while we were requesting a refund. After continuing to fight for a refund they denied my request anyway. Just ridiculous. Do not recommend.

I wanted the cheapest but nice hotel since we had emergency at the house. Paid 95 for what I think wasn’t worth the price for the room.
