While in Indy for the week I checked a few liquor stores for inventory of unique bottles not found in Virginia. Big Red Liquors is a chain of stores so I expected a large amount of bourbon. When I entered the bourbon section was in front of me. A friendly clerk acknowledged me. I asked for any allocated bourbon and was directed to the rear where they had a few nice selections. She stated they got a truck in this morning and most was already gone. The store was clean and presented nicely. They are one stop shop for Spirits. Wine & Beer. The staff remained friendly as I browsed the shelves for bourbon. She stated she was newer, but she wanted to learn more about whiskey. The selection was weak unfortunately. Prices were good. Although I left Big Red empty handed I was very impressed with the female staff who went out of her way to assist me. 3.5 rounding up with strong service.

Young brown hair guy demanded I got a closed case I'm a paying customer I should be able to pick whether I want the case open or not I preferred it open for a certain reason He took it out of my hands and put it back I've never heard of that I thought the customer was always right not the older man was white hair the younger brown man brown haired guy who's working on the Saturday I won't be back to this one been to many big red liquors and they are all about their customers this guy was very bossy and had no right I'm a paying customer The price was the same neither were chilled with they're supposed to be served chilled I bought the big machine spiked coolers so the only difference it made was to him and I asked for the open box for a certain reason I don't feel like of the paying customer I should have to explain my reason
