  Dr. Byrd and staff were phenomenal. They were not our normal vet office and had an appointment available to see what was wrong with our dog. Very kind and compassionate with the news we were given about our Bella. Would definitely go back and see her again or use her as our permanent vet office.

  The ladies at Avon location were so kind to my cat and so very patient with me being overwhelmed and panicked about his issues. Thank you for the love and kindness!!!
