“Came in to get my oil changed and also an alignment due to pothole season. When i left, i noticed my alignment was good but my steering wheel was just off centered. I called, Nick apologized and had me bring it back in. They immediately took it in, redid the alignment to center my wheel, and the car now drives better than it did when it was brand new! I felt like an inconvience bringing it back in so soon but he was more than hospitable in making sure I was happy with their work. I’ve been bringing my cars in to this location since I was 16 and Nick has given me the best service i’ve ever had here. I appreciate him alot! Thanks Nick!”

“Back again for some big repair to my PT Cruiser, which I am hoping to keep alive to age 20. Tom so knows his stuff. He replaced both of my front wheel joints and stabilizer bars so the car stays on the road and doesn't wear my tires too fast. he also replaced my burned out rear window wiper. Tom is awesome!”

“I put in a new throttle body on my ford explorer and it needed “relearned” I called multiple places that didn’t seem interested in messing with it or just didn’t have the equipment to do so. I called in and they had me run in an hour before closing to look at it. They had to bring a different device in from another location of theirs. So they had to keep it 2 days. It was completed and I couldn’t be happier with the experience they gave me. This was my first time using them and absolutely will not be the last! Thank you all so much”

“I received a recall letter from Lincoln earlier this month. I called Andy Mohr Ford in Plainfield and set up an appointment for August 27@9am I took my vehicle in and was given a ride back home. I received a call at 11:30 stating that my vehicle was ready and they would be sending someone to pick me up whenever I was ready. I requested a 1:30 pickup. By 2pm I was on my way home with my car. The driver whose name was either Brad or Bryan was very friendly and courteous. All in all, I had a good experience with Andy Mohr Ford in Plainfield.”
“I came in to sell my car and I had a great experience! I worked with Doug Solomos the KBB buying manager and he was very hospitable and kind. When I first arrived, the receptionist greeted me and quickly notified Doug that I had arrived. I sat down for about 5 minutes and was then greeted by Doug who gave me a run down on how he would look at my car and then analyze prices. It took around 30 minutes but I was glad he let me know. He was very elaborate and provided me with details and did not pressure me at all to make a quick decision once he told me the price he could offer. The price we ended up with was pretty close to the Kelley Blue Book price so I was very satisfied. I would definitely recommend that you work with Doug if you want to sell your car after taking a look at KBB. I really appreciated how kind and patient he was and how he thoroughly explained things to us! Also, the place itself was clean so I appreciated that. I can't say too much about the experience of buying cars but I saw that anyone who was interested in buying seemed to be heard and treated well :)”
