Terrible... 1st month was supposed to be free, they charged more than rent fee. When I first got the unit it was full of junk from previous tenants. When i reached out to get it fixed it took two weeks to get a response but was never corrected. Owner- feel free to reach out to make it right... review accurately reflects...
