I love the valet service at Andy Moore Ford in Plainfield. From the service technicians to the drivers, everyone is efficient and very easy to work with.

Salesman Hunter was great, helpful and courteous. The truck I bought (used) was slightly overpriced and NOT prep'd at all, other then a clean interior. The brakes on the vehicle shimmied, and needed replacing. They did not complete a dangerously necessary transmission recall repair, which they had to be aware of. Engine compartment covered in dust, corrosion on battery terminals. I'm assuming this vehicle was never inspected, or if done, they ignored basic vehicle prep inspections.
BTW, forget the Ziebart, an 800 waste of money.

I received a recall letter from Lincoln earlier this month. I called Andy Mohr Ford in Plainfield and set up an appointment for August 27@9am I took my vehicle in and was given a ride back home. I received a call at 11:30 stating that my vehicle was ready and they would be sending someone to pick me up whenever I was ready. I requested a 1:30 pickup. By 2pm I was on my way home with my car. The driver whose name was either Brad or Bryan was very friendly and courteous. All in all, I had a good experience with Andy Mohr Ford in Plainfield.

I brought my car in for an inspection prior to getting an extended warranty. I was quoted a price by the finance guy of $359.99 and was again told that price by the man at the service desk when I dropped off my vehicle. I received a call letting me know that it was recommedrd that I replace the cabin air filter, engine air filter and wiper blades for $368!!! (I ordered all of these items from Amazon for less than $50) At the completion of the inspection I was presented with a bill for $399!!!

Corey and Wes did an awesome job got another van to add to my companies fleet when it was desperately needed. Great job communicating, with minimal effort on my end until of course the 30,000 documents I had to sign….lol My company will definitely use this team again when we are in need, and they have what we need!
