We needed some keys made for an RV and shed. We tried everywhere: Home Depot, Lowes, Menards, and no one had the key type! Ace Hardware did!!! We were able to get the keys made in about 10 minutes. I wish we'd thought of them first!

The employees were attempting to sell me unnecessary items trying to take advantage. When respectfully told I did not need the extras, the staff responded in a condescending manner. If you are new to a project and are not familiar with the "ins-and-outs" avoid this store as they will attempt to take advantage of you.

Mower blade, I took my mower blade to Great Lakes Ace to be sharpened. They said it would be a few days as they have to send it somewhere to be sharpened. It has been over two weeks and I still don’t have my mower blade back yet. I would not recommend using Ace to get your mower. Blades sharpened.
